During my first stay, I was with my sister, who was pregnant at the time. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of care and attention we received was truly exceptional. In particular, I would like to commend one of your staff members, Halim. On our second visit, Halim remembered us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. His exceptional memory and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and we were very happy and excited by the warm and personalized service we received. The Executive Quadroom with sofa bed was just the right size for a family of 4. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, but the room was a bit old. Location -wise, this hotel might be the most strategically placed in Bukit Bintang. The hotel is located right between Farenheit and Lot 10 malls and only 5 minutes walk to Pavillion mall. The MRT (underground) and LRT (overhead) train stations are also 5 minutes walk away so you can travel to more places. There are also some small food stalls just outside or a Starbucks next to the lobby if you want an early breakfast (or the Lot 10 food court if you're adventurous).

Location is great if you like crowded streets, lights and night life. Just get out of the hotel and you've the Pavilion just in front of you. We had 2 rooms and both were great, clean and you find everything you need in a hotel of this level. the view is great, both sides, one on Bukit Bintang and the other one on Warisan Merdeka Tower. We had breakfast included but left before it was available and therefore cannot rate it. Service is precise and available.
